After years of trading both from Borough Market and multiple Pop-ups across London, when they were about to embark on a new venture focused on contemporary Spanish tapas at the Southbank Centre, they approached us to help them with the design. and delivery

WORKING WITHIN SOUTHBANK
Since 2016 we have been working with the team at Southbank on a variety of projects but this was the first time that we were able to work on a fit out for one of their units. It was a wonderful opportunity made possible through an introduction to Applebees by Mantas Deltuva, Founder of Handover Work a company specialised in FM and PM services for the Hospitality sector who we had worked with on several occasions.
BEFORE AND AFTER
Prior to the arrival of La Gamba, this commercial unit had been occupied by multiple tenants who did not quite work out. Because of this, when we arrived to site we found remnants of those previous lives .
Since completion, the unit was re-energised and the surroundings were too with adjacent businesses upgrading threi premises too.
