It is always lovely to hear from happy clients and we want to share a client testimonial.

Last year we refurbished an apartment in a 1920s block of flats within the Belsize Park Conservation Area, North London. 

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱: 

 • The reinstatement of two apartments that had been connected via a door over 40 years ago

 • The replacement of Crittall windows within a conservation area 

 • The interior refurbishment of the larger apartment for the client to continue living in.

𝟯 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀: 

 1. The planning process to reinstate the two apartments required units to be “car free” in accordance with policies T1 and T2 of the Camden LP 2017 

 2. The individual replacement of Crittall windows in stacked bays is not always possible. 

 3. Making sure that the refurbishment delivered a comfortable interior for the client, who is rather tall.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁:

After an excessively long S106 process, the client completed the sale of the smaller apartment just a few weeks ago and he contacted us to share the good news and to tell us how happy he is with his home and our services. Here are some extracts of his lovely email that we are allowed to share:
