NAWIC dinner at La Gamba
When Jack Applebee first called us to discuss the design of the project, we would have not imagined that 10 months after the doors opened we would see the hosting of the end of the year NAWIC dinner at La Gamba. as their first large private event.
Some of the attendees assumed that since we were the architects for the restaurant, it was Cristina who had suggested the venue, but it was in fact committee members who had visited it that felt this could be a great venue. And how right they were.
The incredible team La Gamba London hosted the National Association of Women In Construction (NAWIC) London & South East End of the Year Celebration and it was a success.
The menu that Juan Cabarcos and his team designed for the occasion was delicious and their level of accommodation for dietary requirements of our group worth of our admiration. Vaiva, Roxana and the rest of the front of house team made sure the guests were looked after and that it was a night to remember .
Having spent the past two months with a limited mobility range, our co-founder Cristina enjoyed being out and about , reconnecting and meeting many new members.
